• Step 2) Think to self “You can’t even notch your belt, your still fat – stay on your diet fatty.” #
• Step 3) Yay! But now my pants feel tight in the waist and that makes me feel fat. Keep dieting fatty, 10 more notches to go. #
• Step 4) Repeat steps 1 through 3 as necessary. #
• That being said, only about 6 more lbs for goal #1. Will easily make that before my vacation to the Vineyard National Conference and cruise. #

• Still addicted to food Buffet got the best of me. Upside, portion control is improving and stomach is definitely shrinking. #

• God is challenging me to look back at some of my dreams from 2004-06. I’m a hesitant to look that in directly in the eye right now. #

• My bosses goals for the next year look better than last year, but April and May are STACKED! I think I’m going to propose adjusting that. #
