This is your neighbor next door. Just a quick note to say that your dog was wondering around the neighborhood today, it's 11:30am and your telephone number just rings forever so we weren't able to let you know by phone he was out wondering. So, Della's husband went out and got him from down the block and put him in the yard, he seems to want to get inside, it's 7 degrees out fahrenheit and he just keeps barking. No one home? I feel badly for him. Sorry to bother you, but I thought you'd want to know. If you want, I may be able to bring him inside for a bit to stay warm. Email me then.
