Birthday in T-minus 4 days.
That is right, FRIDAY IS MY BIRTHDAY!!!!
I decided if I get super-excited about turning 24 (a worthless age in terms of landmarks) it will help make whatever celebration happens all the more fun. I don’t know what I’m going to do during any actual celebration to make it more fun, but being excited is a start…
…maybe I’ll wear a silly hat.
So, here is the just of what I think is going to happen on Friday. The more the merrier, so please come if you at all are interested in hanging out w/ my, my fellow church-planters, and my coworkers.
1. Go to Town Hall Brewery, because I went there once, and so far that has been the best beer I’ve had in town. Also the food was good. I’m open to suggestions on this part from local people (nudge, nudge, wink wink,
2. Go somewhere else w/ cheaper, and lower quality, beer and drinks. The suggestion has been made to go to this place not far from my house on cedar…close to franklin. I forget the name of the place, but when Caleb and Jenny when there they had 50cent miller high-life.
3. Then finish the night at my place, chilling, decompressing, and doing something like watch a silly movie….or INSTEAD….go dancing until my feet fall off. I don’t know where, or any details, but suddenly that sounds like fun.
And that sounds about like a night. Please stop by if it sounds at all interesting. No presents necessary, in fact….I am banning presents on my premesis to make sure no one feels weird. (If for some weird reason you have a very strong desire to buy me gifts…deliver them on Saturday or THursday….or someother day.)
And taht is all for now….Other than I am now considering switching my blog from MovableType to WordPress because I like the Bluer website in terms of how content is displayed, and I think they are driving it entirely from within wordpress. Plus I found some cool stuff in wordpres….and it is written in PHP as opposed to PERL, and PHP is much easier to read I think.
