You should read this if you get the chance. This $100 laptop thing is going to happen, and the Secretary general of the UN is excited about it.
The prototype was unveild this week. The LCD screen was developed in the Media Lab at MIT which is how they get it so cheap (that was the part I couldn’t figure out).
