I decided I really like Bluer’s Website.
They podcast their sermons, have suggested reading, pictures, and all kinds of neat stuff.
In general if I were doing my own church website it would function something like theirs does and probably have somewhat of a similar layout.
Remember all fellow web design gurus these laws.
1. Function before form
2. If it doesn’t work on Firefox, Opera, Netscape, it is just wrong
3. Tables suck, if your code uses too many of them, so do you. Learn CSS, or XSL or quit.
If you think this is a critique about you, your wrong (or you need to read a new book on web design)…I actually just hate the Vineyard USA’s Website.

preach it, brother.

Also: Do not use a tool like Frontpage without even bothering to care how horrible the code it outputs is.

Yes,
For goodness sake, at least use dreamweaver….and tell it to use CSS…which produces much much better code.
