So first off, my friend Jason has created a blog over at blogspot, and you can check it out here. I think that maybe if we can get him to move, someone should toss him a Livejournal code……ehhh, cough, alex, cough….and we can convince him to join our little circle before he gets too entrenchened in blogspot. In other things of note, yesterday was cool. I hung out with people from church at Lake of the Woods in Mahomet, and then a lot of them left to go see fireworks back in champaign, but Dirk, Michelle, Steph (yes my X), Jason, Jenine (his wife), and I stayed and watched there at the Lake. The fireworks were cool, but the traffic was a nightmare afterwards. I swear….Mohomet is really the Champaign suburb, cuz people drive like crap….just like all the people I know from the Chicago Burbs. Anyway all in all that was a great time, lots of burgers, lots of hot dogs….volley ball, and good friends.
But afterward, all the people in Mohomet came back to our house and started hanging out. This led to all our girlfriends/wives, and my X (yes that is probably dangerous for me somehow, but I’ll live) going shopping today, and to me showing Jason a bunch of websites. So I thought…a lot of us go to websites for new, tech stuff, and funny stuff, so we should start passing around a list so we can get all our favorite stuff on one big kind of list. So without further adieu, here it is.
